Taste: intense tobacco, woody, somewhat dry and slightly bitter, only at the beginning, but, above all, tremendously sweet and unctuous, creamy, with very intense hints of cinnamon, vanilla and rum.
Strength: medium.
Shot: excellent.
Layer: “ripe” carmelite color with hints of deep red, thick (indicating that the leaves are from the upper part), silky, oily and shiny. The wrapper is what gives these cigars their name, Maduro 5, since their wrappers are aged for 5 years (5 times longer than normal), a process that refines their aroma, flavor and appearance and, at the same time, gives them that dark color that heavy smokers appreciate so much. That upper part of the plant makes it easier for them to be more “mature”, dark.
Combustion: very good, even and homogeneous throughout the smoke.
Ash: firm and very compact, demonstrating a magnificent twist, with colors ranging from medium to dark grey.
Aroma: intense tobacco and wood, with toasted, smoked hints.
