Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is guaranteed until the shipment reaches destination customs. Lost parcels confirmed by the courier may be reshipped once or refunded. Parcels seized by customs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items & Returns

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Cigars are handmade natural products. Variations in draw, appearance or flavor are normal and not grounds for return.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 15 days of delivery in cases of confirmed loss or damage. To ensure a smooth and secure return process, return shipping and handling costs apply. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

If you prefer your order to be reshipped instead of refunded, a standard reshipping and handling fee applies and will be requested prior to shipment.
